Pretoria City Hall stands opposite the Ditsong National Museum of Natural History, yet the space between them remains a hostile landscape enclosed by palisade fencing. This proposal introduces a sweeping green roof structure that spans the road, reuniting the two historic institutions. By integrating retail spaces and Indigenous grassland planting, the design transforms a vacant paved expanse into a vibrant, walkable civic park.
