The global construction industry is responsible for about 30% of the global CO2 emissions. Of these emissions, almost two-thirds are as a result of the production of concrete, steel, and bricks that have a high embedded energy. We promote natural building technologies like rammed earth, Hempcrete, stone, straw bale, mass timber, and cob construction.
Learning from ancient societies, these construction techniques were used for thousands of years but have fallen out of favour in the past hundred years, since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, in favour of the newest advancements in technology.
With the threat posed by global weather change, a rising ocean, a looming housing crisis, and international commitments to curb CO2 emissions, it’s time to reinvent these building techniques to live more in harmony with nature but with all the joys of modern luxury.

LANDSCAPING
Our planet has entered a new age of mass extinction (the Anthropocene epoch) driven by deforestation, rapid urbanisation, and unsustainable farming practices. Thousands of insects and animals are added to the red list every year. By changing our behavior, we can help save these creatures from extinction by inviting them into our gardens and spaces. Humanity has always been a part of nature but we seem to have forgotten.
We design and install garden spaces that promote biodiversity by minimising lawn areas, planting flowers for pollinators, and adding water sources for insects, amphibians, and birds. Healthy ecosystems lead to healthier environments for big and small creatures. Bees, butterflies, and bumblebees are all welcome. Just remember spiders, frogs and wasps need to live too.
Making use of indigenous and drought-tolerant plants, we create low-maintenance landscapes that will give its users year-round interest and joy. With long-term growth and development in mind, the end of every installation is only the beginning of the journey.
Collaboration on nature rehabilitation and rewilding projects is welcome.
