Inspired by the elegance of the Art Deco movement of the 1920s, this high-density housing development is designed to be both subtle and striking. Created during my time at Clearspace Architects, this development features 14 two-bedroom and 3 one-bedroom units, each with a private garden and covered parking. The buildings are thoughtfully integrated into the urban tree canopies of Old East Pretoria, offering a sense of tranquility and connection to nature.
