Situated at the confluence of the Apies River and Walker Spruit, this neglected site once hosted active community sports at the Old Scouts Hall. The proposal revitalises the area by introducing an active recreational park, a native riverbank rehabilitation scheme, and a new Botanical Research Conservatory—breathing fresh life into a historic, underused urban landscape.
