Payment may be made in one of two ways:
- Payment via Payfast
- Payment via EFT (details will be made available when you check out)
Also, note the following:
- No cash payments will be accepted
- “Overpayments for EFT’ will be treated with caution and no refunds nor shipping will take place unless all have been cleared.
Shipping
We ship via courier. Some of our items are made on order and you will be informed when items are ready for shipment or collection.
Please note that we use physical address postal codes to calculate shipping fees. Please ensure that when you check out you use your the correct physical address postal code for your delivery address.
Collections are allowed by appointment only.

Collection
We allow collections but only by appointment. Once you placed your order we will confirm when your order is ready for collection and then also set a date and time for collection.
Refunds & Returns
- We will gladly exchange any item (except sale items) or provide a full refund if the item is still sealed and/or unworn.
- If an item is defective or damaged, we will collect it at our cost.
- No exchanges or refund requests will be accepted after 10 business days of receipt of your order
